My 3A Toys: Action Portable - Zombs and Lil Ladies + Zomb Attack!

Just up recently on 3A's production blog - Tn AP 10 Finger Gang set!!

While I'm not that keen in collecting the entire 1/6 set (it's too expensive to collect them individually in the aftermarket + not all look that unique or interesting), an AP set might be worth considering as it's easier to display, and hopefully much more affordable. No news on the drop yet though, so hopefully not so soon as I'm dead broke.

Why stop at one set when you can have more? Looks like there's also going to be a TQ set!! I'd be keen to grab the Queeny and TQloper if it comes out. Between this and the finger gang, I really really hope they'll space things out for lower income folks like me to manage.

That said, here's a more in depth look at the AP Zombs that arrived some time back!

Got a Zomb 3 pack mainly out of curiosity as I'm not really into collecting zomb armies, but thought it'll be fun to have a few fodder and see what the fuss is about. Box art is lovely, and I like how the three zombs are laid out side by side in a nice colour combination. Beyond the difference in the colour of the boiler suits, the headsculpt is different too.

A closer look at the individual zombs shows a nice attention to details in the weathering of the suit - both in colour and tears. Some of the tears are a little too clean though, much like someone used a pen knife to cut a slit.

Boots are molded and painted, some of it still a little wet.

Back of the suit has the words MZ - medic prevention zomb if I guess correctly based on the threeA wiki.

Suit can be unzipped to reveal a 3A shirt inside.

Hands are fixed mould, right and left are shaped differently, but fairly detailed even at the 1/12th scale.

The other backs, BZ and EZ. BZ for boiler zomb perhaps, but EZ I have no idea. According to the wiki, the third one is trauma control, but I don't see any E in that.
