Munich NTQ

Finally, she arrives in hand. As mentioned previously, Munich NTQ was a Guangzhou ACG exclusive. I bought this off the the exorbitant secondary market, just before BBICN decided to make it available to everyone via their retailers. Oh well, you win some, you lose some.

Leaving that aside, the Munich NTQ is beautiful! She's everything in the photos and makes an excellent addition to any TQ collection. The box art is well done as well. I should pose her with a bothead.

Out of the box, she comes with a pair of jet black swords, inside and out, as well as spare wrist and ankle pegs.

In my excitement to take photos and pose her, I totally forgot to take more comprehensive photographs of her. But here are some things to note - two loops behind her jacket for swords like the RVHK princesses, the dress inside is long sleeved and reaches to her wrists, she has black undies, the stockings reach all the way up to her hip joint.

The jacket/windbreaker is a new design and somewhat weathered, but the material isn't stretchy. So the loops behind hold the swords by surface friction only, slipping if you move the figure too much.

Thanks to the hair design, the face cloth cannot cover up to the nose as well, getting stuck due to the lack of gap between the hair and the face on her right side.

Typical TQ poseability, although my right leg is on the looser side. I also noticed that the wrist pegs are of a different design. I'm too lazy to check the wrist pegs of my other TQs using the same oval knee joint design, but it's definitely different from the reinforcement princesses with the rectangle joint design. The older wrist joints could detach at the split ball joint area due to the use of a split peg design, but this one uses a solid peg to connect the two halves.

The only reason I actually noticed though, was because I swapped her hands for a spare pair that I separated the fingers. More natural gun holding look now. Revolvers from the grunts, thinking of making another custom set of daisho swords for her.

Here's the Munich NTQ with her BTQ sister. My own Shadow/Light TQ set. Hahaha.

Reminds me of the scene from Wolverine: Origins where Logan and Victor look at each other before saying 'Back to back' as they face off Deadpool.

And thaaaaaaat's all I have for now! Tons of photos of other figs in backlog, but school work is piling up.

  1. Hey nice pics, especially with BTQ.

Which retailers can you get Munich NTQ still? And what's the retail price?

    1. Sorry buddy, but the pre-order window has closed. You're back to secondary market if you want one, though it shouldn't be too hard to get now, especially when the pre-orders arrive in April.
