Things I bought from Bambaland are finally starting to arrive! The Removalist drop was a quiet one, lasting only an hour. It was also my second drop after the Dropcloth 1.5s. Despite not being a Zomb collector, these are actually quite nice! They are my first set of 1/6 Zombs, and will probably be accompanied soon by Warzombs.
Unboxing photos.
The poster.
In case you can't make out from the strip, the Removalists are Zombs that clean up Zombs defeated by Tommy and JC by eating them.
Time for the actual goodies!
The Zombs come in a black/white pair, accompanied by a brain. The brain really stands out with the nice detailing of the brain lobes, the addition of fangs, and most importantly, three wired brain stems that allows it to pose. The possibilities are endless with this, and some interesting poses are already popping up on Facebook. I only wish that there was one extra stem so that it could stand on three stems while pointing with the fourth.
The Zombs themselves are also a pleasant surprise. Beyond the limited headsculpt used for the ZvR Zombs, they also sport the new body. So far, the new bodies with shoulder flexion have been limited to slim bodies, so this is the first 3A wide body with shoulder flexion that I'm aware of. That alone makes me feel like taking apart the set for customs.
Other changes to the new bodies are the bigger neck ball joint, smaller ankle ball joint, and the much more easily detachable wrist pegs. The new bodies also seem to be able to lean forward and touch their toes more easily. The downside though, is their joints feel looser.
The shirt also feels much softer than my other weathered 3A shirts. Not sure it's because they used a softer material or that there was simply less weathering on this batch.
Anyway, here are the stars of the set!
